Full Stack Engineer

The Role

AgentsLab is building for the next generation of AI coworkers, intelligent agents that enable our customers to infuse AI in their operational processes while being secure and observable at the core. We're entering our next growth phase and looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help scale, optimize, and future-proof our core platform.

You'll work directly alongside our founding engineer and CTO, shaping not just the code but the technical direction of our product. This is a hands-on role with real strategic influence: you'll advise on architecture decisions, implement best practices, and build the foundation that enables our team to ship faster and more reliably.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale our platform: design and implement backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python and Django.
• Own the technical foundation: improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability as we grow.
• Shape architecture decisions: advise on technology choices, design patterns, and long-term platform strategy.
• Strengthen our frontend: contribute to our web application using modern frontend frameworks.
• Establish engineering best practices: introduce patterns around testing, CI/CD, code review, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with leadership: work directly with our CTO and founding engineer to define what we build and how.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python (Django is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience with frontend frameworks and optimization (Svelte is a plus).
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Cloud experience (Azure is a plus, but platform-agnostic thinking matters more).
• A senior mindset: you take ownership, make architectural decisions, and care about code quality.
• Bonus points for Docker experience or startup/scale-up background.
• Fluent in English; Dutch professional speaking capability is a strong plus.
• Based in the Netherlands is a must.
