AI Solutions Engineer – Delivery & Implementation

The gist
You'd be translating real work processes into AI coworkers inside our internal agentic framework: running workshops with stakeholders, shipping the implementation end-to-end, and feeding what you learn back into the platform. Hands-on Python, close to customers, alongside the three founders.
Who fits
- Working Dutch (spoken + written) is a hard requirement, you'll be in the room with Dutch customers.
- At least one year of Python experience (Django a plus).
- Some consulting or customer-facing technical experience.
- Comfortable moving between code and conversation.
- Analytical, structured thinker about business processes.
