AI Solutions Engineer – Delivery & Implementation

Bij AgentsLab bouwen we aan de nieuwe generatie AI-collega’s: slimme agents die echte teams helpen beter te werken in sales, finance, HR en meer. Ons platform combineert de kracht van AI met menselijke expertise en we staan op het punt om flink op te schalen. Daarom zoeken we ons eerste fulltime teamlid buiten het founding team: iemand die energie krijgt van zowel klantcontact als zelf bouwen aan oplossingen. 

Je werkt nauw samen met de oprichters aan implementaties, helpt ons platform verder vorm te geven en levert direct waarde bij ambitieuze klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

• Drive client implementation: run workshops, align stakeholders, and guide teams from idea to working AI colleague.

• Build AI colleagues: translate real workflows into working agents using our internal agentic framework—frontend and backend.

• Improve our platform: feed field insights directly into the evolution of our tooling, components and playbooks.

• Experiment with new tech: stay ahead by testing and integrating the latest in LLMs, automation, and AI safety.

• Bridge people and systems: turn client needs into clean, smart automation that makes work easier and better.

Wie we zoeken:

• A curious, self-starting engineer who’s just as comfortable in code as in conversation.

• Experience with Python (Django is a plus).

• Analytical mindset and a structured way of improving business processes.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Bonus if you’ve worked with JavaScript/HTML, have consulting experience, or know your way around AI tooling.

• €4.000–€5.000 gross/month
